Cafe Leopold reopens. Wow!

Moving on with life
As a symbolic gesture of defiance the famed Leopold Cafe in Mumbai has been reopened.

The cafe was one of several targets of the terrorist attacks along with the 105-year- old Taj Mahal Palace Hotel and the Oberoi Hotel.

A number of Leopold patrons were shot dead and many more were wounded during the attack.

Staff of the café, which was popular with tourists, cheered in a display of resilience at renowned Leopold.

Co-owner of the café says in spite of the horror that took place at his business, life must go on.

He says, "We have to prove that we are not scared of them. We want to prove that we will destroy them. We will get together and we will go ahead in life."

It is a sentiment shared by most Indians.
